Ingredients & Supplies Needed: (One serving size)

  • 1 Sandwich size Ziploc Bag
  • 1 Mixing Spoon
  • 1 Plastic Cup or Bowl
  • ¼ c Milk
  • 2 tablespoons of Vanilla Pudding
  • ¼ C Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/8 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • 1/8 Teaspoon of Ginger
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • Whipped Cream (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine the milk and instant pudding in the bag.
  2. Remove the air from the bag and seal it tight.
  3. Squeeze and knead with hands until the mixture is blended. (Do this for about one minute)
  4. Add the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and ginger.
  5. Remove the air and seal the bag.
  6. Squeeze and knead with hands until blended. (Do this for about two minutes)
  7. Place a spoonful of graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of the cup or bowl.
  8. Cut the corner of the Ziploc bag and squeeze pie filling into the cups.
  9. Garnish the cups with whipped cream.
  10. Enjoy!
